Agora Gallery in Venice during the 2019 Biennale
The Venice Biennale is one of the most eagerly anticipated art events in the world. The Biennale Venice is visited by hundreds of thousands of art lovers from all over the world who attend not only the Biennale but also the many exhibitions that are taking place in Venice at that time.
We are very pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with the European Cultural Centre to secure a prominent gallery space in the Palazzo Mora, which is located in central Venice and is frequented by thousands of visitors during the Biennale.
The Biennale takes place from May 11 to November 24th and over this period we are planning to hold two exhibitions. Each exhibition will last three months. The first from May 11 – August 10th, and the second from August 17 – November 24th.
Applications will be reviewed on March 18th by us and the ECC. If you are not selected we will fully refund your entry fee. Please click here to apply

Your participation will include:
Sabrina A. Gilbertson, Assistant Director, has a BFA degree from Boston University, with a concentration in Painting and a minor in Art History. Sabrina has also studied studio arts at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica in Italy, and has established an avid appreciation for art in her travels abroad as a studio assistant and in the service industry.
Agora catalog featuring you and your work will be distributed to our visitors. The catalog will include a sample of your artwork and a review written by a professional art writer. Here is a sample of the catalog:
